COMMUNITY CALL TREE

CALL TREE, what a wonderful idea. I support anything that gets Members to the Board Meetings. Lets all show up to tonight's Board Meeting and support the Board of Trustees in proper Association governance.

Unfortunately, I did not receive a call which makes me sad. What if it was an emergency? I would not have been informed. I would hate for anyone to be missed.

To insure that does not happen in the future, I think we should create a Member's Contact Directory and formally assign Captains responsible to call 5 or 10 property owners in the event the Call Tree is activated.

A Call Tree could be used for emergencies or for dissemination of information, i.e., evacuations or meetings to be held on short notice. The Board has said releasing phone numbers infringes on our confidentiality. Personally, If there was a wild fire you can call me anytime. But how do you feel about the idea?

I am for this as a part time resident this would be nice. As for the confidentality issue it becomes a non issue if I release my number.
